Description

A blend of Boal from many years where the average age of the bottle is at least 40 years old. Its style varies from one producer to another but remains relatively the same from year to year. The skills and experience of the winemaker combined with the quality of the different wines blended influence the final result.

Tasting Notes

A blend of grapes sourced from Campanario, Estreito da calheta and Prazerens, aged for over 10 years in cask under the canteiro method. Notes of oily nuts, caramel, figs, honey and sea salt. Excellent acidity and spicy finish.
