Tasting Notes
This magnificent wine is the top wine of the fabled VP producer, Quinta do Vesuvio. It has a fragrant aroma of wild berries and lavender, with a hint of camphor. It features an excellent integration of smoked wood and has tremendous structure with ripe and finely polished tannins. On the palate, there are delicious flavours of liquorice, plum, minerals and black fruit. Opulent and concentrated, but without excess, this wine exhibits great harmony between power and elegance. This wine has a classy gastronomic profile, with a long and alluring finish.
