Description
Islay single malt Scotch whisky, matured in both Spannish and American oak casks. 2 x Oloroso butts (Caol Ila) 2006 / 2009 and 1 x refill hogshead (Coal Ila finished in Oloroso) 2009. vatted together and reduced to 50%.
Tasting Notes
Nose of cedar, praline with saline notes typical of Islay. In the mouth, notes of nutmeg, sea salt, hints of citrus and caramel. Finish is creamy and peaty.
