Description
It is in the Dominican Republic than sugarcane plantations were developed for the first time after Christopher Columbus traveled to the new world. There is a long tradition of light and elegant rums distilled in column stills and aged in American oak barrels, similar in style to Cuban rons.
Tasting Notes
The nose opens on vanilla, elderflowers and chocolate aromas. The palate is rich and honeyed with toasted flavours. The finish is complex with nuts and dry grapes.
