Tasting Notes
A truly expressive bouquet of burnt molasses, fortified wine, medlar and Corinthian raisins, enhanced by an iodised touch, like an Islay mist. In the mouth, it is an explosion of flavours, starting with toasted bread, evolving to a pleasant sensation of velvety liquid filling up your whole mouth. Ripened bananas, prune, and Jamaican naseberries are very expressive in this rum. The finish is delicate and silky.
