Description
This old Cognac comes from the heart of the Borderies appelation. It was sold by the widow of a winemaker through a broker. It went through a small reduction in the chais of Grosperrin.
Tasting Notes
Aromas of violet, dried flowers, spicy roses, followed by dense and elegant notes of rancio. The mouth is mineral, creamy and elegant. The finale is reminiscent of the nose.
