Description
Sourced from a winemaker from Salles-d'Angle in the heart of grande Champagne. This stock came from his father who stored them in demijohns.
Tasting Notes
A nose typical of the Grande Champagne. Delicate and lively chalky notes of old furniture and white flowers. A very delicate rancio, with aromas of white pepper and summer underwood. The 2nd nose offers notes of old balsamic. The mouth is soft, and well balanced with a long, classic and outstanding finale.
