Description

Conciso is a fine and elegant interpretation of the terroir of Dao, showing the potential and the character of a very old vineyard. This East-facing century-old vineyard grows on the slopes of the Serra da Estrela, in granitic soils planted with several varieties, predominantly with Baga and Jaen.

Tasting Notes

Conciso 2014 is light in colour with violet tones. The aroma is fine and complex, showing a very fresh mineral character, with wild berries, spices such as peper and clove, and good notes of reduction. Medium bodied, with fresh fruit flavours and silky tannins. A light, elegant and fresh wine with a long, deep, and very delicate finish.
