Description

In 1905, the prestigious Solera Fundacional was founded, which comprises a large collection of traditional fortified wines, aged by the system of criaderas and soleras in old American oak butts. This Oloroso is a highly accomplished wine of extraordinary complexity and dazzling charm.

Tasting Notes

This superb wine is a very old Oloroso with around 80 years of average age. It has an expressive nose of noble woods, roasted hazelnuts, incense and balsam, rusty nails, even some savory notes and some Sherry brandy.
