Tasting Notes

Pulso, by Vitor Claro, is naturally fresh and funky, and is Castelao sourced from Colares' clay soils. Macerated for 5 days with 50% whole bunches, then decanted and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Sweet fruited, with red cherry and glace cherry fruit, nice freshness, detail and a tapering finish. Very much in the warm climate Pinot Noir style of Castelao. This wine is made to drink and begs to be drunk.
