Description

Trinidad and Tobago are two separate islands. Its climate, heat and wet, are adapted perfectly to the culture of sugar cane. This is an independent bottling of a 16 years old, cask strength single cask rum from the Trinidad distillers Limited.

Tasting Notes

This rum is so opulent that a powerful thoroughbred horse comes to mind. Sweet nose, with ripe strawberries, fermented mango, passion fruit, liquorice. The mouth is refreshingwith notes of mint, yuzu, cinnamon and nutmeg. A rum which tastes like a spicy exotic fruit salad, the finish deliciously lingers.
