A single cask rum distilled at the famous Foursquare distillery in Barbados. it is a 100% Pot Still molasses rum aged almost 100% in Europe. A very unusual profile for a Foursquare where the aging influence is very subtle, resulting in a very elegant rum with an almost whisky profile.
Tasting Notes
The rum reveals notes of fresh fruits, pastry, dry fruits and herbs. It is very elegant, slightly smoky with a very long ripe and salty finish. A stunning rum.
