Description

A single cask rum distilled at the famous Foursquare distillery in Barbados. It consists of rums from coffey still and pot still, blended together before the aging in cask starts.

Tasting Notes

A rich nose with notes of citrus and exotic fruits such as papaya and mango, vanilla bourbon, icing sugar and herbs. The mouth is round, ample, with notes reminiscent of the nose as well as banana, sweet spices, wax and oak. The finale is sharp, precise with a hint of smoke. Despite its high ABV, this Clarendon remains very balance and approachable.
