Description
A Liberdade (Freedom in Portuguese) is Antonio's most extreme cuvee which sees zero sulfites until bottling. Less than 20 mg is then added upon bottling. It is a pure, mineral, floral, spicy and full of energy.
Tasting Notes
Zesty, mineral and saline with a touch of reduction. Pure linear and elegant with notes of lemongrass, honey and wet granite. Perfectly integrated oak.
