Lithe and linear with fine yet crisp acidity. Cabisehrnett is a superb accompaniment to a wide range of light fare and spicy food. Super fruit, showing great ripeness, a hint of the tropics mingles with classic green fruit and citrus. The acidity balances the residual sugar, adding a slight sharpness, which leaves the palate feeling dry and refreshed. It works well as an aperitif, during a meal or as a digestif.
