This is the top wine of Fio. A classic old school dry Riesling bottled in 2016 after 3 years on the full lees.
Tasting Notes
Elegant and rich with youthful liveliness and fresh acidity. Grown on poor slate soil, it is very deep, pure and intense with concentrated fruit. The palate is cool, fresh and fine. A beautiful old school Reisling.
