Description
From a very low yielding 120 yo south facing vineyard with excellent exposure. One of the very few plots vinified and bottled by Antonio separetely like a Grand Cru. So distinctive and unique, A Centenaria produces a very elegant and supple wine with very fine tannins, great power and elegance.
Tasting Notes
Typical notes of white cherry, fruits of the forest, meat, blood and herbs. Very fine tannins combined with incredibly fresh acidity. 2014 was a late ripening year leading to very low yields. Only 450 bottles were produced. A very burgundian expression of the great terroir of Dao.
