Description
Emmanuel Camut's reinterpretation of Pommeau (a traditional apéritif made of apple juice and Calvados). Here the juice is reduced by half, fortified with 4 yo Calvados Pays d'Auge and then aged for 12 months in 225 L barriques from Limousin.
Tasting Notes
Deep color with notes of baked apple, vanilla, nuts and spices interlaced with a rich, honeyed texture.
