Description
After the huge success of Conceito Bastardo, a wine which combines modern winemaking techniques and tradition, comes Conceito Legitimo, an equal blend of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz sourced from 40 year old vines from Quinta Vale de Cavalos. The whole bunches are placed in stainless steel tanks, where they ferment with autochthonous yeasts and minimal intervention. Unoaked aging for 18 months.
