Description

From a very low yielding 125 yo south facing vineyard with excellent exposure. One of the very few plots vinified and bottled by Antonio separetely like a Grand Cru. So distinctive and unique, A Centenaria produces a very elegant and supple wine with very fine tannins, great power and elegance.

Tasting Notes

Typical notes of cherry, fruits of the forest, meat, blood herbs and light spices. Very fine tannins combined with incredibly fresh acidity. 2017 was an outstanding year thanks to exceptional weather conditions leading to healthy and ripe grapes. A very long ageing potential.
