Tasting Notes
This 1969 Sercial, with 55g of residual sugar, displays a lovely nose of lime zest, cedar, walnut, white chocolate and a touch of honey. The delicate palate offers marmalade and the duality of lemon and lime, a touch of sweetness and ocean spray salinity, imbued with mouthwatering acidity, leading to a soft and well-defined finish.
