Description
A wine with the aromatic profile of an Amontillado and the body of an Oloroso. Not quite as full as the latter, it is an internediate style very much appreciated by connoisseurs. Fine and delicate, robust and deep. Smooth, persistent, intriguing. A tribute to the fascinating complexity of the traditional wines of Andalusia.
Tasting Notes
This Palo Cortado has a fine and elegant nose, with a silky medium to full-bodied palate that is robust and deep, onto a persistent and lovely finish.
