Description

This light, delicate and elegant Douro wine, mainly from Gouveio and Viosinho varietals, is made in cement tanks and fermented on its skins, for around two weeks. It aged 12 months in 500 liter French Oak barrels, and 9 month in stainless steel tank.

Tasting Notes

This light and subtle skin-contact white has a mildly reductive bouquet of wet stone, gunpowder, mint, citrus zest and white flowers, and a balanced palate of quartz mineral notes, lemon and sharp acidity. The finish is soft and gentle.
