Description
This light, delicate and elegant Douro wine, mainly from Gouveio and Viosinho varietals, is made in cement tanks and fermented on its skins, for around two weeks. It aged 12 months in 500 liter French Oak barrels, and 9 month in stainless steel tank.
Tasting Notes
Floral, herbaceous, fresh and elegant with notes of peach, pears, sage & Thyme. It has a good structure and lovely minerality. Elegant finish.
