Description
Peladosa is the top cuvee from a single hectare of old 80 plus yo field-blend vines, with extremely low-yields, at 300-350m on schist.
Tasting Notes
Hailing from a single hectare of old, low-yielding vines, the Peladosa is imbued with fresh mountain air and red cherry. The palate is sappy, juicy and gentle, with some earthy tones, plum, fine tannins and linearity. I is a low extraction - long infusion style wine similar to Niepoort Batuta.
